| Chef Cordelia has a Cordon Bleu degree in Culinary Arts, and has experience both in fine dining restaurants and catering. A Los Angeles native, she has cooked at Gramercy Tavern in NY and has extensive knowledge of world cuisines, garnered from a lifetime of foreign travel. Whether re-visiting a classic, exploring fusion, or riding a culinary trend, she’s always earnest in her desire to create a menu tailored specifically for the client. |
Jae Matthews a.k.a. Tattooed Chef was born to be a chef. Starting at age five helping “Granny” in the kitchen at her spa in Palm Springs, California, his creative spirit and passion drove him to the California Culinary Academy. He has been associated with numerous restaurants and culinary ventures from crew meals for television production to 5 star restaurants. He lives his dream: creating delicious healthy fair that satisfies the soul. Jae shares his generous spirit, unique perspective and vision in every project he undertakes. |
