Chef Cordelia

Chef Jae

Chef Cordelia has a Cor­don Bleu degree in Culi­nary Arts, and has expe­ri­ence both in fine din­ing restau­rants and cater­ing.  A Los Ange­les native, she has cooked at Gramercy Tav­ern in NY and has exten­sive knowl­edge of world cuisines, gar­nered from a life­time of for­eign travel.   Whether re-visiting a clas­sic, explor­ing fusion, or rid­ing a culi­nary trend, she’s always earnest in her desire to cre­ate a menu tai­lored specif­i­cally for the client. Jae Matthews a.k.a. Tat­tooed Chef was born to be a chef.  Start­ing at age five help­ing “Granny” in the kitchen at her spa in Palm Springs, Cal­i­for­nia, his cre­ative spirit and pas­sion drove him to the Cal­i­for­nia Culi­nary Acad­emy. He has been asso­ci­ated with numer­ous restau­rants and culi­nary ven­tures from crew meals for tele­vi­sion pro­duc­tion to 5 star restau­rants. He lives his dream: cre­at­ing deli­cious healthy fair that sat­is­fies the soul. Jae shares his gen­er­ous spirit, unique per­spec­tive and vision in every project he undertakes.
