Pancakes and Booze at Lot 613

The Pancakes and Booze Art Show, one of our favorite events, took place last weekend at Lot 613. This event is the country’s largest underground art show and featured over 75 emerging artists. In addition to being held in Los Angeles, the Pancakes and Booze Art Show also travels to San Francisco, Austin, Atlanta, Denver, Nashville, Minneapolis, Dallas, and Portland. This is the most visually stimulating event that you can find in LA because every inch of Lot 613’s white walls are covered by art. There were many abstract painting, portraits, cartoon-like character paintings, and photography models and LA.  Vendors sold T-shirts, jewelry and small photographs

There is an all you can eat pancake booth where all your favorite toppings are available including chocolate chips, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, maple syrup and chocolate syrup. Lot 613 offered a full bar where guests drank beer, wine or their favorite cocktails.  Snap Yourself had a photo booth where guests dressed in costumes and took silly photos that were projected on the patio wall and are available on Facebook. The bands that preformed on Friday included, Crime Roc, The Chelsea Royal, CityCity, 2 Bit Radio and Benham,  The line-up of performers on Saturday included  Spare Parts for Broken Hearts, Speak of the Name, Black Party Politics, King Queen, Stealth By Starlight and Benham again.  Don’t miss the next Pancakes and Booze Art Show at Lot 613 which is December 7th & 8th and will feature over 100 artists.
