Michael and Joy hosted their wedding at the Natural History Museum and Premiere Events was thrilled to be a part of it! As the catering company, we brought our top notch servers, chef, culinary team to provide the best experience possible for this special day. Gusts enjoyed a beautiful ceremony in the Rose Garden, cocktail hour in the Grand Foyer, and the dinner in the African Mammal Hall.
The groom selected the 3 appetizers, including Mini Grilled Cheese Sandwiches with Gruyère & Tomato Confit, Duck Arepas with Tomatillo Cilantro Salsa and the bride’s favorite, Crab Cakes with Lemon Dill Remoulade.
The double buffet for dinner included: Baby Spinach & Mixed Greens Tossed with Shaved Ricotta Salata, Dried Rainier Cherries & Toasted Hazelnuts with Blackberry Balsamic Dressing, Braised Beef Short Ribs, Baked Salmon with Rosemary Pommery Mustard Glaze, Casarecce Pasta with Wild Mushroom Cream Sauce, Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Cauliflower, Butternut Squash and Red Onion with Garlic Chips and an assortment of fresh breads with fresh herb butter.
