The Electronic Entertainment Expo After Party at Lot 613

June 6th, 2012 | Posted by Marketing in Lot 613

One of our favorite clients, The Collective, threw one exciting party at Lot 613.  In conjunction with E3, LA’s Largest Electronic Entertainment Expo, The Collective hosted the launch of “Video Game High School,” a branch of the Rocket Jump empire.  VGHS is the premiere feature length web series for Rocket Jump, and it is an action/comedy series about best friends, first loves, and landing that perfect head shot.  E3 is used by many video game developers to present their upcoming games and game-related hardware, so The Collective filled Lot 613 with old-school arcade consoles of games such as Galaga, PacMan, Area 51 and Mortal Kombat II.  Along with high-tech light up furniture and impressive A/V aspects, Lot 613 was the perfect venue for this E3 After-Party.  Guests dressed as their favorite video games characters, including almost the whole crew from Mortal Kombat!  Also in attendance was Holly Conrad, in her famous costume of Mass Effect’s Commander Shepherd.

Lot 613 was truly transformed for this hip, young crowd.  This event was the perfect example that with a some creative lighting and cool ideas, Lot 613 is a very versatile venue.  All of Lot 613’s staff was excited to be a part of this private event.  Lot 613 is only minutes away from the Convention Center, so this event was the perfect distance from all the E3 madness!
